Padres Lose Series in Atlanta
The Padres have an off day on Monday before coming back to Petco Park for a two game series with the Oakland A’s. Eric Lauer (3-4, 6.20 ERA) will get the start on Tuesday opposite Paul Blackburn (1-1, 11.05 ERA) and Tyson Ross (5-4, 3.51 ERA) will take the mound on Wednesday afternoon vs. Frankie Montas (3-1, 2.67 ERA).

The Padres dropped their first game in Atlanta last night putting their record at 33-38. Clayton Richard (5-6, 4.40 ERA) will get the start on Friday night vs Brandon McCarthy (5-3, 5.03 ERA) and Jordan Lyles (2-3, 4.83 ERA) will face Sean Newcomb (7-2, 2.92 ERA) on Saturday night.
