Welcome back to the Chronicles of San Diego Podcast!

On today’s episode I caught up with Avi Klinger and Robert Huffman from a local printing company called Sign-It.
If you follow the Chronicle on Instagram, as I’m sure you do, you’ll have noticed we recently picked up some sweet stickers. I actually got those stickers from Sign-It and I was so impressed with their service and speed that I wanted to learn more about their company. I met Robert at an event a few weeks back and after chatting a bit decided I could use some of what they had to offer.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn their facility is in the Midway district not too far from where I live and since I’m a big fan of living life local it was a bit of a no-brainer when it came to bringing these guys on the podcast. I decided to drop by their shop during business hours, so excuse the uh… ambient noise… but I like to visit people in their natural environment.
Our conversation runs all around, starting with how Avi came into his role as the owner, touches on where the business physically is, how they operate, the challenges they have and what sets them apart from the 14,000(!!!) sign shops across San Diego. We also spoke about what the proposed Midway
